7. How do I receive the photos after you finish?
After the photography session is complete and the photos are edited, we will send them to you via WeTransfer. This platform allows for easy and secure sharing of high-resolution images. You will receive a link to download the photos directly to your preferred device. If you have any specific preferences for receiving the images, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
8. How many photos should I expect?
The number of photos you can expect varies depending on the package you choose. The specific quantity of photos included in each package is clearly stated on our booking page. Additionally, if you find that you need more photos beyond the included quantity, you can easily add them in increments of 5 on the booking page.
9. How do you handle Cancellations, Rescheduling, or Refunds?
Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled photo shoot will be eligible for a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: If you want to reschedule the appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. A new appointment date and time will be subject to availability. If you request to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge a fee of 50% to cover losses.
Photographer-Initiated Rescheduling: In the event that the photographer needs to reschedule the appointment for any reason, they will provide you with at least 24 hours' notice. The photographer will make every effort to schedule a new appointment that is convenient for you. We understand that your time is valuable, and we aim to minimize any inconvenience caused by rescheduling.
10. What happens if the weather is unfavourable on the scheduled photo shoot date?
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If the weather on the scheduled photo shoot date is unfavourable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time for the session. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to capture your property in the best possible conditions. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and ensure that you receive high-quality photographs. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have concerns about the weather, and we will discuss the best course of action.

11. Who owns the copyright to the photographs you take of my property?
The copyright to the photographs taken of your property belongs to the photographer, as the creator of the images, in accordance with international copyright laws. However, when you hire us for our photography services, we grant you a license to use the images for your specific marketing and promotional purposes related to the property. This license allows you to use the images on your website, in print materials, and for online listings. You may not, however, sell or transfer these images to third parties without our written consent. If you have any questions about the usage rights or need additional licensing, please feel free to discuss it with us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
12. What kind of editing do you perform on the photographs?
We provide professional editing services to enhance the quality and appeal of your property photographs. This includes colour correction, adjustment of lighting and exposure, and perspective corrections to ensure that the images accurately represent the property. However, it's important to note that we do not engage in extensive retouching, editing out items, or reconstructive editing. Our goal is to showcase your property in its authentic and natural state.
